We are happy to share our Advanced Compact MOSFET (ACM) model for the Open-source IC design community. The ACM model has only 5-DC-parameters. The IC designers can use it in open-source or commercial circuit simulators due to the universality of the Verilog-A language. Do you have any data on the simulation speed? Is it faster because of the simplicity? Or is the advantage that it's easier to fit the model to a new device?

Do you have any comparison plots of Drain Current vs. Drain Voltage for various values of Gate to Source Voltage? For these plots, how does your transistor model compare to real transistor data?
