For switched-capacitor circuits a small-signal AC will not work. You can only use a TRAN simulation, use a sinusoidal input, and look at the output with an FFT. Then you need a loop on top of that to sweep the tone.

Hi there, I tried to accumulate all the files that I had while trying to analyze switch cap ckts into the attached zip file...well it is kinda just comparing low pass filters made out of discrete R and one made by simulating R using switched capacitor. Hope it is helpful :)
