Hi Stefan, thanks for your reply. I tried to download the file from efabless->galaxy desktop but I find those vncservers doesn't have internet connection. I haven't figured out a way to do so. Even copy/paste doesn't work in those vncservers from efabless. I think I will just try to compile xschem on my own linux machine from scratch. here is some screenshot that might be helpful: netlist results:

. In the efabless setup there is probably some postprocessing or some special instructions for ngspice to do so. I think some efabless guy should be helpful here... Try to open in xschem: Simulation ->Configure simulators and tools and see if there is some command for creating lxt files.
