Hi @Stefan Schippers what I am getting error with pnp transistor

try to set instance parameter of the pnp:

model=pnp_05v5_W3p40L3p40

or

model=pnp_05v5_W0p68L0p68

It looks that the xschem symbol for the pnp is old, so you should also update open_pdks if things still do not work. If I place the pnp it looks like this:
