Hi, I want to see the operating points of transistors in my schematic. When I go to simulation to do annotation, I cannot see this option which is 'Simulation-> Annotate Operating Point into Schematic'. Do you know how I can fix it? Thanks.

First step is to update xschem, install xschem from sources as explained here, and remove any binary installed xschem package if any.
