This should be addressed either by ngspice developers (by adding the resistor model parameters) or the sky130 pdk maintainers (by removing these parameters). However in my simulations the simulator just finishes simulation without errors. (edited)

These are simulator warnings, due to some unrecognized resistor model parameters. I have the same warnings too.
