I'm getting a DRC error when instantiating the

gf180mcu_fd_sc_mcu9t5v0__dffrsnq_1

stdcell as follows which seems to be an error within the cell itself. I've tried all three modes for DRC checking in magic and when I run the DRC check in the layout window using

?

it reports no errors, however when I use the menu and ask it to

find next error

I get the following and I can't seem to make the red DRC notice next to the

Devices 2

button on the menu bar go green. Does anyone have any idea why?

Looks like it might be a problem with diagonal overlap. What’s the distance from the lower left contact to the closest corner on poly.

I need to check and get back to you. Is anyone else using the 9T standard cells? Because presumably they too would have encountered this issue? @Tim Edwards are you aware of the foundary provided 9T cells failing magic's DRC check in this way?
