Excuse me, how can i run .spice file using xyce. Is there a document file ?

Normally if the .spice file is a valid netlist just use

Xyce circuit.spice

, or

Xyce -r circuit.raw crcuit.spice

if you want all variables to be automatically saved. For all the details the best sources are the Xyce User and Reference manuals.
