@Nelson Rodriguez as a follow up on your question about programmatic IC design, this is one extension i am working on for schematics, basically the 'pcell' concept for schematics. Nothing new, nothing complex, just a building block for programmatic circuit generation. The schematic generation is the little brother of the way more complex subject of automatic (analog) layout generation. A good definition for circuit generators is here
