hello everyone, is there a recommended grid size for gf180 layout?

I use a 600nm grid in Magic VLSI, but I design my layouts the old fashioned way. I think it is the best one, since it will have no problems with the metal layers and contacts. You could use a smaller grid to make the layout more compact, but I don't see many advantages for analog circuits.
