Hi @Tim Edwards @Stefan Schippers Is there a way to calculate the minimum operating frequency for synchronous/asynchronous digital IP block?

For sky130 standard logic cells there is no minimum operating frequency. Sky130 does not use dynamic / precharge or similar type of logic so there is no minimum frequency as far as I am aware of.
